Yesterday, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Qudsona for Empowerment and Development, represented by its President, Prof. Imad Abu Kishek, and the Union of Charitable Societies in Jerusalem, represented by its President, Mr. Fouad Abdeen. The MoU aims to enhance cooperation and partnership in the fields of charity work and development.
Jerusalem - The “Qudsna Endowment” Foundation, the executive arm of the Jerusalem Fund and Endowment, concluded the fifth workshop within the international program for “Training on Poverty Eradication Strategies” within the “Munib Al-Masry Chairperson to Empower Palestinian Charitable Societies with Social Responsibility Tools” project, funded by the “Munib and Angela Al-Masry” Foundation and organized by the Regional Network for Social Responsibility” and implemented by Qudsona Endowment Foundation.
Jerusalem - Ramallah - On the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the establishment of the Jerusalem Fund and Endowment and in honor of the guests of the Jerusalem International Conference on Sustainable Development Applications, I announced the establishment of an Arab and international alliance to support the city of Jerusalem under the name “Jerusalem Donors Network”, in partnership with Al-Quds University and the Regional Network for Social Responsibility. This came during the dinner party held by Al Quds Fund and Endowment under the slogan “A Decade of Giving, and the Journey Continues,” to honor His Excellency Dr. Abdullah Al-Maatouq, Chairman of the Higher Islamic Charitable Organization, Advisor to the Kuwaiti prince and Special Advisor to the Secretary-General of the United Nations.
Today, Al Quds Fund and Endowment held the Jerusalem International Conference on Sustainable Development Applications in the Charitable Work Sector, in partnership with Al-Quds University and the Regional Network for Social Responsibility, in the presence of leaders and ambassadors of charitable and humanitarian work at the Arab, Islamic and international levels, and a number of prominent Arab and Islamic figures in Palestine, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, UAE, Tunisia, Turkey, Jordan, Oman, and Algeria.
Jeddah - The Al-Quds Fund and Endowment concluded its meetings in the city of Jeddah, highlighted by a meeting held by the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Jerusalem Fund and Endowment, Munib Rashid Al-Masri, with His Excellency Dr. Mohammed Sulaiman Al-Jasser, President of the Islamic Development Bank Group, in the presence of His Excellency Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, President of the Humanitarian Funds Trustees Council of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation, and President of the Trustees Council of our Jerusalem Humanitarian Endowment. Also present were Her Excellency Dr. Heba Ahmed, the Director-General of the Islamic Solidarity Fund for Development, and Mr. Adel Al-Shareef, Advisor to the President of the Islamic Development Bank Group. The meeting involved consultations on ways to enhance efforts aimed at supporting Jerusalem.
The Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Al-Quds Fund and Endowment, Muneeb Rashid Al-Masri, met with His Excellency Sheikh Abdullah Al-Mu'tawq Al-Mu'tawq, the President of the International Islamic Charitable Organisation, and Maha Al-Barjas, the Secretary-General of the Kuwait Red Crescent Society.
Under the patronage of Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Abdul Rahman Al Thani, President of the Board of Trustees of the "Qudsona Charitable Foundation," the "Quds Markets" platform was launched by the Quds Endowment Fund in partnership with Al-Quds University and the Bab Al-Asbat Youth Company.
Jerusalem - A meeting of the Board of Trustees of the late Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah Charitable and Development Program was held in Jerusalem via video technology, with the participation of the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, His Royal Highness Prince Turki Al-Faisal, and board members Munib Rashid Al-Masri, Michel Al-Sayegh, Dr. Waleed Al-Wahib, Dr. Majed Al-Azmi, Dr. Emad Abu Kashk, and Dr. Akhilef Al-Tarawneh.
Qudsona Endowment Foundation and the Directorate of Education in the city of Jerusalem have organized a celebration to honor the top high school students Tawjeehi , under the slogan “Jerusalem celebrates its innovators,” in the presence of Munib Rashid Al-Masry, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Jerusalem Fund and Endowment, Bishop Munib Younan, and Prof. Imad Abu Kishk, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Foundation , Samir Jibril, Director of Education, Rasim Obaidat, Magdy Zaghir, and a number of school principals and teachers and their families.
Jerusalem - The Qudsna Endowment Foundation, in partnership with the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports and the Jerusalem Governorate, contributed to the project to support summer camps in the city of Jerusalem for the year 2023.
Jerusalem - The closing ceremony of the Jerusalem Competition for Memorizing and Reciting the Holy Qur’an - Season Six was held under the auspices of the Qudsona Endowment Foundation and the Islamic Public Endowments Administration in Jerusalem, at Al-Quds University Abu Dis, in the presence of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Jerusalem Fund and Endowment, Munib Rashid Al-Masry, and the Vice President of Al-Quds University, Dr. Hassan Dweik, on behalf of University President Dr. Imad Abu Kishek, Deputy Director General of the Jerusalem Endowments, Director General of the Competition, Sheikh Najeh Bakirat, and a crowd of the contestants’ families.
