Mission

Mobilise morale-building initiatives and financial resources in support of Al-Quds City

Qudsona goals

  • Building Palestinian and Jerusalemite societies based on values and knowledge.

  • Achieving empowerment and sustainability of the Jerusalemites and strengthening their resilience on their land.

  • Establishing a sustainable endowment and investment system to enhance the strength of the Jerusalemites.

  • Funding development and anti-poverty projects in Jerusalem

Qudsona’s achievements

  • Contributed to improving the quality of education by developing the infrastructure of more than fifteen schools  and supporting the schools of the Directorate of Education in Jerusalem City through various development projects.

  • Provided study scholarships to more than 2,500 Jerusalemite students in Palestinian universities.

  • Contributed to the construction and expansion of three schools in Jerusalem.

  • Contributed to buying and protecting several Jerusalem-based properties and designating them Humanitarian Public Waqf to defend them.

  • Rehabilitated houses in and around the Old City to strengthen the resilience of Jerusalemites.

  • Funded and empowered more than thirty community institutions to implement development projects.

  • Contributed to supporting and empowering Jerusalem-based hospitals, including the Islamic Charity Association of Makassed, the Palestinian Red Crescent, the Marius Hospital in Jerusalem.

  • Established and supported the Business Development Centre and helping entrepreneurs in partnership with Al-Quds University, which supports the merchants of the Old City and empowers youth.

  • Rendered assistance to more than 25,000 Jerusalemite families through our seasonal humanitarian campaigns carried out during the holy month of Ramadan and the COVID-19pandemic.

Qudsona programmes

  • Emergency programme and humanitarian and relief assistance to empower Jerusalemites.

  • Economic empowerment programme for youth and traders for reduced unemployment.

  • Education programme to guarantee access to universities to guarantee Jerusalemite students university education. 

  • Improving housing conditions for Jerusalemites and contributing to supporting affordable housing projects. 

  • Social welfare and community development.

  • Supporting education, preserving its national identity, and building schools.

Waqf projects

Qudsona humanitarian endowment is investing in endowment contributions by the following:

  • Investing funds by Sharia-compliant fund investment.

  • The yield of endowments is spent on behalf of charitable and development projects in Jerusalem.

Our commitment and dedication to the Holy Land of Al-Quds stems from our strong sense of national, faith-based and humanitarian imperatives.

Our goal is to help and support our people in Jerusalem and contribute to their economic and social empowerment  through development and charitable projects implemented efficiently and professionally by upgrading and developing the giving and endowment work system in The City of Jerusalem
